With a background spanning teaching, curriculum development, mindfulness practice, and coaching, I've honed my ability to create spaces for meaningful dialogue. I received my coach training from the NeuroLeadership Institute (ICF-accredited). This unique program integrates cutting-edge neuroscience with leadership development. My coaching approach is grounded in the latest research so that together, we can create a clear pathway to personal and professional growth as you excel in your role.
